The Team

The team is focussed on the ‘bigger picture’ of these types of programmes, rather than the technical configuration, and as such bring experience in Governance, Master Data Management, Reporting Standards, creation of BI Competency Centres (BICC) and PM/BA Centres of Excellence.

Each member of the transformation team each has over 15 years’ experience in these areas and a wealth of cross-industry FTSE 100 experience from “Big 4” Management consultancies. They have also held senior finance and operational roles within major organisations.
