The PureApps Implementation Methodology (PIM)

The implementation of a new software solution is often seen as an end goal in its own right. PureApps understands that the implementation represents just one step in the chain of change events and therefore the PureApps Implementation Methodology (PIM) provides the most cost effective delivery model whilst ensuring that risks are minimised at each stage. PIM ensures that the implementation is aligned to the inputs (Performance Management strategic vision) and that the output transitions seamlessly into the business (Application Management).

PIM is a tried and tested planning and management process used by our Consultants to ensure successful Performance Management and Business Intelligence implementations. Organisations trust PureApps to utilise best practice methodologies, thereby reducing risk and meeting the highest standards of compliance.

The PureApps Implementation Methodology (PIM)

We will provide expertise to design and specify the necessary hardware and server environments, optionally including the use of VMware to maximise efficient use of hardware resources, then install and configure the Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, Fusion Edition.

We will then undertake the configuration of each element of Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, Fusion Edition to meet your needs on a joint implementation basis whereby PureApps and your staff form the project team.

This approach minimizes the consultancy cost of the project, whilst maximizing the ownership that you achieve at the end of the project, and maintaining quality standards throughout. Thorough testing of the environment, software installation and configured solution will also be undertaken, together with bespoke on-site or Public schedule training for the administrators and report writing power users and end users of the system.

PIM consists of project work streams and major activities in each work stream. It delivers a method for performing the activities and tasks within an overall project framework. The work streams and activities are designed to follow each other in an integrated fashion, whether the stages of development are accomplished sequentially, concurrently or cyclically.
